but you do have to remember if you do it too much you may build instead of burn. if you're using the muscles too much (like for going up hills) instead of just going on straight aways.

the thing is to burn, high repition of something with low weight/strain. if you have lots of strain and you build and replace the fat your legs won't get any smaller they'll just get harder because the muscle will take up the space.

also muscle weighs more than fat so the scale may actually go up instead of down lol.

and it's about the same on a regular bike as a fake bike. i would actually say stick to walking it's a great burner it's slow and you can even just walk laps around the football field at school

I definately recommend cycling as a good exercise, I cycle to college and sure it does start out as a bit difficult(depending on your fitness level) but once you get used to it it is fun aswell.

Biking is veryyyy good for you. Don't over-do it when you first start because you'll get sore (which isn't fun). The more you practice the longer you'll find yourself going. It's a good workout for your legs. My dad used to live in florida (he moved to michigan this year) but he lived in this neigborhood in naples that had beautiful golf courses, and I would ride them all the time. Just make sure you keep hydrated and you'll be good to go (:
