what do you guys/girls think the best drink after a work out is? i've heard orange juice as well as milk.....so what do you think?

On the Biggest Loser they tell them to drink protien drinks. haha u could try that.

something like vitamin water or gator aid is great for that. and the protein drinks usually don't cause kidney stones is your family prone to them? you can get them usually from too much calcium or alcohol



i have a guy at work that loves his lil body he drinks a protein shake in the morning then a hour later he eats oats sometimes with banana's then he eats lunch at like 1 every day and goes works out around 4 then eats dinner after he gets home

i'm kind of afraid of protein drinks....my sister takes them, i think in the morning, and then she decided she wanted one in the evening...and she got kidney stones...i know it doesn't create them...but if you have too much protein, it can like push them along, you know what i mean?

yeah, kidney stones are on my dad's side...i think his dad's brother had them
