Double question! Spot trouble and nail biting problem!

I've lost my nail bite and nail strengthener varnish, but they were years old, so does anyone have any ideas on what I can use, anything strong please. Thanks to all who answer this question! x

Also, I've just aquired an allergic reaction to clean and clear after using it for nearly 5 years, and it started off with just red streaks but is now a patch of headless spots on both cheeks. Mom was gonna get me some Freederm for it, but can't get to the shops for a while, so does anyone know any ways to take the lumps down other than ice and teatree oil? x thankyou again x

make a face scrub out of milk of magnesia and baking soda it's gentle and good for your skin

also you can make a mix of water and really hot peppers (in the spice section) and dip your fingers in it in the morning and let it dry

you can put it in a lil travel squirt bottle to apply during the day.

my friend stopped biting her nails after 33yrs when she had fake acrylic nails put on and kept them on for a week or 2 now she has just her normal nails and doesn't bite them
