I wanted GHDs too btu had the same problem!!

I got FHIs in the end

their pretty good because my hair never used to stay straight

they was about £50-£60

i got them from,

they was the cheapest place i found them and they came with free stuff like heat defence and a heat mat etc.

If your hair is naturally curly go with it; you'll get so many compliments! Revlon straighteners are quite good. Otherwise you could go halves on buying GHD with one of your mates? x
