Personally i think your hair looks very pretty in the picture but i know picture can be decieving. If your hair is overly oily use a clariflying shampoo no more than 1 time a week, anymore and it will overly dry it. 2nd when you do wash your hair if you are using a store bought shampoo and conditioner i recommend NOT to wash your hair 2 times because it does cause build up so it will cause your hair to feel greasy. Ok on the conditoner front use a very light conditioner since your hair is oily anything else will cause your hair to be oily. I do agree with washing your hair in warm or if you can stand it cold water and also the baby powder thing, haven't used it but when i was modeling it was a BIG help. Oh also don't wash your hair everyday,it causes your sebaceous glands to produce more sebum (oil). Oh also, yes i will shut up after this one LOL, professional products are made alot more potent than store bought ones so they can better deal with oily hair. Good luck and keep me posted i would like to know w=if anything helps you

mmm i just found a page let me translate it for you :)

1. wash it diary

When you wash your hair often, the result may be that hair has no volume. If it is, the best you can do is use an adecuade shampoo for your hair.

2. Hot water

For your type of hair, hot water is not recomended, either its for greasy skin, cuz it stimulates further production of the sebaceous glands. Use warm water. ;D

3. smoothing cream

Many people with greasy hair dont use it. Its a big mistake cuz shampoo opens the hair too fat to remove scales. so softening cream close it.

Follow these tips when you apply the cream:

Use a small amount of the product.

· Never use it on the scalp. The right thing to do is use it only at tips.

wash it good to remove the waste.

4. Dry

In an attempt to dry the hair, many people are heavily scrub with the towel. This is not suitable for those who have oily hair, because the friction stimulate sebum production, are aggressive for the hair and can irritate the scalp. Wrap your head with a soft towel so that excess water is absorbed.

5. brushing

Avoid brushing your hair before you go to bed, this stimulates the greas beside it hurts your scalp. Brush your hair with woodbrushes or natural bristle brushes.

6. Dryer

Hot stimulates the production of the sebaceous glands, increasing the greas. Use it with warning. keeping the dryer from a distance of 15cm from your hair and keeping in mind that you must to variate the direccion of air from the dryer. You must never use it in the hotter position, but in the middle.

7. massages

The oil hair must not receive massages so often so you dont active the oil production. During the washing, the moves should be brief, in a rotative way and with the fingertips.

8. moisturisers ( hidratants products, in case I didnt translated it well :D )

The oily hair doesnt need lot of nutrition, however the moisturisers products shouldnt be forgotten, specially if you have long hair. This care is particularly recommended for those who use color.

9. "Finished"

Most of the people who has gresy hair, specially who wear it long, has flowering spikes. To remove it use a lil amount of silicone products, but just in the tips. Conditioners without rinsing, in moderate doses, are also recommended. In contrast, the use of pomades and waxes should avoid it because you can load more look.

10. Hairdresser

As every hairtype, the oily hair needs periodic haircuts so it can keep beautiful and without flowering spikes. :)

Hope I helped! and sorry if my english its not perfect :D hehe

put baby powder on it for a quick fix it will absorb the grease then..when you wash your hair wash it TWICE!

first shampoo is to get the dirt and oil off

second wash lets the shampoo do what it says on the bottle

i would suggest using head and shoulders the deep cleaning kind

that should do it!

hope that helps!

use a deep cleaning shampoo(:

dont use products that overweigh the hair with too much oil and creamy products try more like the light weight products .actually a cheap way to get rid of greas to use baby powder just puttinga few on hair will make it smell nice and fresh while absorbing the grease plus you could use it after a workout to make your body smell fresh.

i guess you could wash everyday but dont use too much styling products or heavy shampoo which will strip away your natural oils.
