omfg so my legs r gross! everytime I walk in a bathin suit they jiggle and its gross and they look weird cuz I hav a flatish stomach small bottom legs and arms. anyone know how to tone them really well? thank u

cardio exercises such as running, walking, swimming and bicycling are really good ways to tone legs.

and you can also try to tighten those muscles and hold them for a min then release this is a tension workout and can help tighten those muscles

yeah, running, walking, swimming, cycling..

just the simple ones work for your legss. (:

..also try tightening the muscles in your legs for a minute or two and then release, do this daily. (;

hey chick - i am a personal trainer and I fully agree with all the girls and yes cardio is def going to help with those legs and a little bit of weights will get you there a bit faster as well but the number one thing that most ppl forget is good nutrition - i'm not sure if you do but a great diet is the foundation of a great body ;) lots of salads and protein !!
