how to strengthen injured wrist and how to tone thighs

im playin tennis nx yr and ive been practicing but i cant serve w/o almost dropping the racket cuz my wrist hurts soooo bad bc my brother muffed it up 2 yrs ago and hasnt really healed that well. i had tendonitis carpal tunnel and trigger finger in my right hand which i need to use for serving. does anyone know how i can strengthen my wrist??? (idk if i should but oh well)

oh and ive been trying to tone my legs yet the only parts taht r improved are my lower legs and right above my knee which makes my thighs look bigger and they look bigger evn thoguh im working out. anyone know how to tone thighs and calf really well??? thanks well the docs couldnt find out wut was wrong with it for ovr a yr and i had it in a castish thing for like 6 months which didnt help and i barely used it except for writing.

For the wrist, you could maybe try using a support bandage and go really gentle on it or maybe, if your not playing tennis competitivly then you could always try using your other hand?

If you go to your nearest gym, you can ask an instructor to give you some excersises to do as I'm sure there are some which will strengthen your thighs.... X

sideways leg lifts and well leg lifts in general everyone is a bit different so just look it up and see all the different types some use weights and some will feel the difference for you more than others

and i would see a dr about those exercises for your wrist you may have to switch and learn to serve with your left. you seem to have alot of problems and they may not get better they may just get worse if you try to work it.

you may need to go to some type of physical therapy to get more of the use back but i really don't know since it's been 2 years and you had all those issues it it will get that much better

If you had tendonistis and carpal tunnel.... you just using your wrist will anger and make it inflammed. So working or strenghing will be bad to your wrist. Your wrist has tendonitis and carpal tunnel b/c you have over used it and worn down your cartilage. The less you use it is better. But you can speak with a Physical Therapist. and they will tell you.
