How can i gain some meat on my bones? (some weight, not fatto)

Healthy foods, drinks, habits .. anything that help me build some muscles and more meat - without to make me fat ;o

just eat more meat like white meat (fish), milk , stuff with protein you can find in drinks, im sure supermarkets have a section where you can find the healthy food.

exercise a lot more if you want those abs and strong arms.

i have a guy friend who's on a strict diet

he works out 3 or 4 nights a week for about an hour

he eats oatmeal and a fruit for breakfast

has a snack of something like yogert

eats a sensible lunch

has a snack after working out of something small and healty like salad

then the eats a healthy dinner

it's taken him a lil while but now he's built. you can't help your body build like the bones but you can help with muscles a bit.
