periods!!

Do any of you girls know how to get your period a week early naturally? im not on any pill and im going to be going on a trip to minnesota to visit some friends and we are planning to go horse back riding all day then go sleep out in the woods in a tent and that is gonna be a rail pain if im on my period bouncing around on a horse all day and no bathrooms close by lol im not on the pill so any natural ways that i can get it a week early?

Hmm. The only way I can think of is the Plan B (emergency contraceptive pill). If you buy that from the pharmacy, you can take it and then you get your period within a few days of taking it. Of course, that's not the purpose of it, but I'm sure some women have used it to change their period schedules.

Other things that affect when you get a period are exercise, stress, diet, and sleep patterns. If you started a new exercise routine, changed your diet a bit, and changed your sleep pattern, your period could come at a different time than normal, but there's no way of knowing if it would be earlier than normal or later than normal (or not even affected by your changes).

Im not sure that there are natural ways that are guaranteed to work. I know that there a pill that a lot of brides take to make sure that they do not get their period while on honeymoon. I know that it works. Not sure whats it called but your GP should be able to help maybe even a pharmacist.
