I want a real tan lol :)

k so i've been feeling kinda pale especially that winters coming soon . though i tan easily and i used to b really tan all of a sudden im more lighter. what can i use to tan without looking fake or orange? i would like to tan my legs , feet especially they're my lightest parts.

BTW so i dont add another question to annoy u , do you guys know any tricks to help you sleep better ? i've been having trouble sleeping lately like im always moving and my feet always hurting (like i feel like cracking my toes often) werid but true.:P

try flipping your mattress either head to toe or flip it totally over



try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and/or between your arms on your side.



as for tanning the jergens tanning lotions do work just make sure it's even!

Get sprays from the pharmacy , they would be good and cheap.

but as far as the tanning goes im no help b/c im as white as a gost.

But The safest way would be tanning lotion or a spray tan. You can get lotion at the drugstore or go to a tanning salon for the spray tan.



There are a lot of techniques, try searching for sleep hygiene. A few that I suggest:

take time before you go to bed to think over your day, rather than doing it once you get to bed

keep a notebook and pen by your bed so if you're up thinking you can write it down and let it go

if you're still awake 15-20 minutes after laying down, get up and read, go back to bed when you're sleepy

don't do any work or reading in your bed- use it only for sleep

don't use your computer for a while before bed- the bright light doesn't help

develop a pattern to help your body know when it needs to shut down for the night- such as always reading for 20 minutes or so, or having some decaffeinated tea, or writing, anything relaxing

learn mindfulness and practice it- it may sound strange at first, but studies show it helps

self-tanning lotions are your safest best bet. although they're really not gonna get you the darkest tan but at least they're safer than salons. spay-ons can look orange and totally fake!



as for sleeping, I've discovered recently that eating a banana after dinner can get you to sleep soundly afterwards. It has the same compounds found in milk (i know many people are not too fond of that). You can also try reading.

I dont know about tanning, but for sleeping you can actually drink sleepytime tea before bed. Yea, I know it sounds babyish, but seriously, that stuff really works.

tanning salon would b nice but i dont know how safe that is for my skin . ya warm shower sounds good (Y) and i tried things like yoga i just not good at concentrating : /
