HELP EXAMS (N)

its that time of the year i hate lool . help me study , i get realllly tired easily even with sleep , when im up late but i need to a bit these days . i dont wanna drink coffee all the time cuz it kinda makes me break out and feel jittery / nervous . what can i eat for energy ? what techniques do u guys use for studying ? . and how can i get a good sleep since i swear to god i have insomnia really hard for me to sleep dunnoe noe why tho.

exam days can really freak us a lot but we dont have any choice but to live with it.. try to study those things ahead of time maybe a day or two before your exam, then repetition can improve your memorization and you should avoid multitasking for better concentration..
you should also drink a lot of water to keep your brain hydrated :))

I hope that I can help you.
Try going to your local pharmacy or doctor and aske for a Bitamin B complex shot. Its really painless and very cheap!! it provides you with the energy you need. If you at a university the nurse on campus usually also gives you the shot for free sometimes.
If needles freak you out you could go for supplements but it takes longer to give you the desired result.
As for study methods I suggest LOTS OF COLOUR!! I usually make posters of all the topics, and also Pay attention to the outcomes for each subject:-)

What I found works is to really schedule your study time and 2 take breaks while you're studying. Like study for an hour and then take 15 minutes and read a book or look at a fashion mag or something. then go back to work. You don't want to eat too much when you're studying, because it will make you sleepy, but maybe an energy bar like Zone or something will pep you up without making you feel loggy.

Getting a good night's sleep is hard but really important. I'm kind of an insomniac too. Try opening a window and keeping your room cooler. Sometimes a warm shower before bed makes me feel sleepy. Also reading in bed seems to help.

lmao really? ya i know fish is good for the brain problem is i hate fish the taste the look freaks me out lool .
are fillets good ? cuz i dunt think i would be able to eat tuna the smell kills me . : P
