you will find your studying habbits. Since i am a visual learner, i tend to draw things out and color code them :] it works for me.

but i know what you mean, wanting to do something but gettting side tracked . I know it is not fun, but i force myself to, i just grab my music and eat cookies and whip out my colored markers/jell pens, and start writiting.

Try it , it might work!

it's alot to do with will power. you just have to want to do it enough and when you notice yourself putting it off just making that decision to stop and get to it NOW not later

it's ok to procrastinate some times but most of the time you need to just remember it has to be done and if you do it now you wont have to do it later and it does make life so much easier in the end

i believe that each one of us will experience some sort of stress and anxiety before exams and quizes. I am in college and I still stress.... it is a part of human nature. You can find ways to lower your anxiety by breathing, being mentally prepared, and I always find talking to myself my mind of course.

I procrastinate as well. I put things off till the last min. To motivate myself takes sheer will power and discipline. I try to start studying a week in advance.. little little each day so I will not have to cram. What I do is I actually force myself to go to the library.. sit alone... and now I HAVE to study. That is what I did in highschool...went to the public library.. sometimes with some friends and we would study a little then take a break and talk... then grab a bite to eat and study some more.

you have to find your own system taht works for you. its different for everyone. some people who make great grades are teh biggest procrastinators and test crammers. that might be because you remember more the last 15 minutes you study before a test than any other study time. maybe youre just doomed to be a procrastinaor unless you find another way to prepare way ahead of time which require a lot of discipline. but otherwise youre problem prob lies in your confidence which messes with your ability to think clearly and absorb the material. instead of focusing on what you can learn, youre focusing in how badly you will do because of everything you dont know.
