ok i know what to do to workout lose wieght i took strength training for 3 years in high school but i dont have the drive like i just feel like straight up poop..lol...any motivation cause looking at girls with tight stomach makes me feel worse and like i like my curves alot and dont wanna lose them just tone up

that should be enough motivation.



just remember moving and getting active even a little at a time can help you feel better



so start with walking for about 30mins every couple days and eat well, it will help you have energy and after you burn some extra calories you can worry about toning
