eyeliner is the magic wand for creating the illusion of bigger, more expressive eyes. line the entire top lash line and extend the line slightly at the corners. you can also line the bottom of your eyes, but concentrate colour only on the outer third and extend it slightly past the edge. a soft, smoky look will open your eyes more than a thin, hard line. stick to dark, neutral colors with a hint of black for lining, as bright shades will only make them seem smaller.

lashes can also be a great eye-opener. curl them three times before applying mascara - at the base, halfway up and at the tip - to create a gentle, rounded curl. fan out your lashes while applying mascara. brush the inner third in toward your nose, the middle third straight out and the outer third toward your temples.

contrary to popular belief, dark, dramatic eyeshadow will not make your eyes stand out. in fact, it'll do just the opposite. if you have small eyes, keep it simple by using only light-coloured shadows, and never wear more than two shades at once. brush a subtle base colour from lash to brow, and then use a slightly darker shade to create subtle definition in the crease[;

yes love eyes;) there like the best part i love playin around wit makeup

to make your eyes stand out it really depends on what kind od eyes you have ex.big or small,or the shape

big eyes like mine to help make them smaller use eye liner like black ,and use dark shawdows ,while small eyes want to look more dramatic by like adding liquid liner on top n white liner on the bottom ,ur eys r small so add a good volumizing ,curling mascara to ur lashes ,if you look at the pic she has like liner on top so do that to make ur eyes "pop"

you really shouldn't go over boardwith eyeliner but you should put some on your waterline and for mascara i usually use a 2 step xxl mascara or the stiletto mascara to make your eyelashes pop and try some eyeshadow that is colored but glittery and use layers of it like darker eyeshadow closest to your eyelashes and on the lid use medium colored eyeshadow and use really light eyeshadow for your browline

Leopard Print Eyes are amazing!

You will need:

Black Liquid Eyeliner

Yellow Liquid Eyeliner

Eyelash Curler

Basically, draw a thickish black line on your eyelid, make sure your close to the lash line. Let it dry for 2 minutes then, just under your lower lashes, draw on a thickish yellow line, be sure to make cat flicks on both the black and yellow eyeliner, and leave it to dry like the other. Then once its all dry, get the black eyeliner again and dab little leopard dots on the yellow eyeliner. Once you have done this, curl your lashes and mascara them :)
