People with eating disorders?

Hi everyone. I have an eating disorder (anorexia) and I need to loose as much weight as possible by april 13th, when i go to Hawaii. I have been eating about 900 calories a day, which for me is really bad because i usually eat under 500 and i need to get back on track. Any anorexics/bulimics want to share their plans with me?

That's sooooo not good for you, sweetie. If you want to lose weight, try eating healthy and maybe jogging or doing sit-ups.

You body shouldn't be functioning under 500 calories per day. What you need to do is exercise, because once you start eating normally again (eating the recommended calorie dosage of 2000 calories PER DAY) you'll gain substantial weight, which definitely will not make you happy. If you want to lose weight, don't cut calories, cut carbohydrates. Exercise like a freak, eat healthy and you will look beautiful because no one thinks a girl who's ribs are visible is pretty.

that could not be good for you honey. do what you think you have to do but make sure you dont like hurt youself.

Try walking or jogging for 20 to 30 munites everyday. thats what i do. :)

Hi all

I had tried crash diets, veggie diets.... exercise = i'm quite lazy... but i happened to pop by this webpage while surfing around for weight loss solutions... AMAZLINGLY... had managed to shape up 3 inches off my waist in the first month! :p

Maybe you all can check it out and get the shape that you had always wanted!
