People are built a little different.

Like some people have bigger hips than others, etc.

I wouldnt worry about it...just make sure you eat healthy..and drink water with plenty of exercise and you should be fine.

I honestly don't believe you're fat at all. You're a perfect healthy weight. Don't worry about it. :thumbup:

I'm 14, 5'3&& a halfie/5'4.

(I swear I shrink and grow^^)

and I weigh around 135.

my weights constantly going up a few pounds,

or down a few pounds thoo.

and I'm just a tad chubby.

my cousin's 5'3 tho and 129 as well,

and she's super super thin, so it really just comes down

to the size of your bones/hips/etc.

don't go on a diett.

I'm not fat... infact most people say I'm really slim. but I have broader bones (shoulders especially) so I think I look fat but I don't!! Lol... but you are definately not fat xx

the only diet you'd need is a healty one. eating good foods and getting all your vitamins.

i'm 5'6" and 155lbs and i'm not fat : P

that is actually a really good weight for your height and age. i don't think diets are for you at all! all you need to remember is to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. it helps if you eat a little slower than you normally do. also excersize is good, if you don't want to go to the gym, then there's swimming, jogging, or just taking the dog for a walk. it's the little things really, like getting a salad instead of fries, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. if your healthy inside, you'll look healthy outside. and the most important thing of all is to love your body. everybody has those days where they look in the mirror and they find different things they dont like about themselves. well what i do is i look in the mirror and if im say having a bad hair day, ill look for something that i do like . something like, this shirt makes my eyes look really bright and happy. hope this helps
