Need help with the frizz!

Ok so my hair gets REALLY frizzy and its annoying me a lot. I do have wavy hair but ive tried all kinds of things to get it thinner and not so frizzy, yet its the same =/ My grandma even said that blow drying it when its wet and brushing it out would help...and its not =( Ive also straightened it but it takes forever to get the wavys out and i dont have time to straighten it everyday. Any tips on things i can do to help the frizz and waves? or products that help and last?

i would go and get it chemically straightened at a salon

it's basicly taking the perm solution and just combing it through your hair instead of putting it in curlers

it's always safer to get it done somewhere but if your mom knows what she's doing you can do it at home
