Helpp w/ diet?

Okay so idk if its because of my diet or something but im like 115 pounds now and ive gained some weight since last month which idk if its good or not? and ive been getting sick a lot because ive tried cutting off on how much i eat but i do eat. My grandma said i was getting sick because i wasnt eating but i do just not so much. Any idea on anything i can do that will be healthier and wont get me sick? I eat pretty healthy now but i guess its because im getting older?

unless you're 4'3", 115 lbs is not bad. onto your diet, think of it as a lifestyle. when you say diet it means restrictions, and you may be restricting some things that you really need and don't know it. now with getting sick, what type of sick. if you eat the same things over and over again, you can develop food allergies. start tracking what you eat and what makes you sick. if everything is making you sick, it might be something more serious.

well im 5'7 so i guess its okay hehe. About the sick thing, it was like feeling horrible everyday...really a mix of my head,stomach,and my body hurting. it has stopped now i just want to take sure its not because of what i eat.

really look at what you're eating because it can be that your body may not like it. food poisoning could be an option, it doesn't always happen immediately. make sure that the fresh fruits and veggies you make eat are washed completely because there could be germs on them, which you can't see. don't give up on being healthy, just find what works for your body.

you need to make sure you take a multi vitamin!

and post up your diet here so we can help you out

also if you're doing any kind of working out muscle weights more than fat so you would seem to be gaining weight after you loose enough fat
