What is wrong with me?

Lately I've been feeling so weird.

I don't really care about eating or drinking. I'm having trouble falling asleep, and then I'm tired all the next day because I stayed up late. I don't feel like I'm having as much fun when I'm with my friends. All I really care about is talking to one of my friends. Anyone know a solution to my unknown problem? Actually all I care about is talking to a friend I like, It's getting quite serious, he's always on my mind and I miss him like help. What can i do? :s

you seemed stressed, not really depressed. depression brings on a whole bunch of new symptoms, and technically, no doctor can diagnose any psychological disorder before your 18th birthday.

just try and chill out. do what you want to do, and don't have a pity party if things don't go your way (sorry to be harsh).

I think you just need alot of sleep, if you have a half term or break from school in the next wee or two don't do anything, sleep in as late as you can and try just sleep as much as pssible for few days then get your self out and hanging out with your friends and just try have fun, do stuff you don't usually do every weekend, like swim or just hang out in the park or what ever, i think you just need a rest and as for the guy i think you could like him with out realising it. Try relaxing after school and have a warm bath with pretty smelling thinngs etc. I hope you are okay soon x

It almost sounds as if you have mild depression. That doesn't mean your life is "messed up", which is what people tend to think about depression. It just means some chemicals in your body are a little off-track. You should talk to your perants and go to your doctor as soon as you can.

and puppy love. usually when you start to like someone and or date them you put them ahead of everything else you do have to try to let that simmer rather than take you over. tell him how you feel and it may actually help. and also think about maybe asking your parents if you can try an over the counter sleeping pill or take a lil nyquil before you go to sleep to help you get to bed at a decent time

try doing the things you say are getting out of wack-like sleeping, eating, things you usually like to do, etc. see if it doesnt change things for you-like make you happier or feel better doing things that your body and mind needs. if you are not finding yourself feeling more like normal in a week or two tell someone you know cares about you.

Tell your parents about this, and if they think its serious, you might want to go to a doctor. The boy, you'll need to tell him how ya feel. Otherwise, things might not be getting any better. Sorry girl. I hope ya do feel better though!
