well a good vegetarian diet would be to cut out all meat except for EITHER fish OR all white chicken. if you take out all meat all at once you'll crave it like never before and ruin your diet sooner or later. vegetarians eat dairy so that would not be a problem but in order to lose weight faster it would be better to go organic (but just to be warned organic anything is more expensive). if you cant afford to go organic you can go down to just 1% milk or just lower you overall dairy intake. and just to let you know you cant eat a lot of bread and expect to lose weight especially if your bread products are any thing besides wheat. and one last thing even though its a vegitarian diet make sure your eating more fruits and veggies rather than meat (or bread) this will also promote quicker weight lose. good luck!!!

Its really important when a vegetarian to take iron pills. If you dont you will become really weak, and if you leave it to long; start fainting. I learnt that the hard way.

You HAVE to take these if you dont wanna risk your health. 8-|

In the way of food im not too sure, lots of healthy stuff like fruit and veggies and stuff full of energy and starch i think..? :-?

Any way good luck with being a vegetarian its a real good thing :thumbup:
