Advice on Face acne/pimples

I need to know how to prevent and show less of my face acne. It's around my nose, around my forehead, and around my lips. Any tips of how to cover it up and let it go away ?

The best thing you can do about it is just to drink 8 cups of water a day, it dosn't even have to be water it can be like tea or juice. ( it's a myth that it has to be water ) just keep hydrated .

Also eating right and trying to cut out sugar from your diet and eat thing's that come from a plant not human made and also fastfood.

There is also alway's going to your doctor and getting a persceription for it

I went to the doctor though and I got a rash from the product he made me use, so find out your skin type then tell your doctor what would be best .

sounds like it around your t-zone where oil builds up more than other parts of your face. clearisil every night after a wash my face in that area works for me but its very powerful and can dry your face out. exfoliate that rea twice a week and keep it clean-taht means washing prob not with a moisturizing cleanser but a foam one or bar soap and use an astringent. use lukewarm water, dont touch your face, stress can cause it too, and use some antibacterial cleanser to keep it free of bacteria.

Here is the TOTAL guide to keeping yourself anti-pimpled.

1. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXFOLIATE & CLEANSE.

Exfoliate twice a week. i am littarally pimple free from exfoliating with 2 products at once.

Use CLEAN & CLEAR OIL FREE DAILY PORE CLEANSER FIRST.

( PS even though it says daily, don't use it daily. )

Use ST. IVES INVIGORATING APRICOT SCRUB second.

twice a week. preferable before you go to bed.

And if you have blotches i recommend using neutrogena anti oxidant age reverse.

wash your face with mild soap 3-5 times a day. you shouldn't touch it. if you'll wipe it, use clean cloth and not used towel cause it has bacteria. don't pop any of it cause it's kinda messy and it may cause more acne. and don't forget to drink plenty of water! just wait 'cause it will all go. it just takes time.

And it has to be water. Tea contains caffeine which is not good for skin. If a person drinks 10 glasses of water in 1 week, she/he will see the difference. I'm telling that from my own experience, please think before you say something.
