Does anyone have a tip on how to make scene hair with thin hair?

I have thin thin thin hair and i want scene hair. Its also naturally curly. So when its curly its super curly and when its straight its super straight. There is no in between. Ive tried to tease my hair, but it just went flat and untangled itself. I need better tips or some thing.

hmm. well have you tried hairspray? cause if you combine the teasing with hairspray from underneat it adds volume to your hair and usually hairspray just works wonders all round haha (:. also try not to straighten your fringe so much. straighten the bottom but try and keep your fringe really messy then tease up all round the top of your hair. this generally works really well. also if you wanted it to be more scene you should try some more extreme colours, scene styles tend to look good really dark, really light, or really bright. so fluro, black, really light blonde e.t.c/. but that's just my oppinion (:

Okay well lets see, after you shower, blow dry your hair on a warm setting. while its still damp add volumizing mousse to your hair and work that in, then start blow drying it upside down on a warm setting. after your hair is completely dry, switch the setting to cold and blow dry your hair upside down again. this will seal off your hair to any moisture. the dryer your hair the better off you are.then you can straighten it, then blow dry it once more on a cold setting upside down. then with a good brush or teasing comb, pick up a small section of hair, pull it straight and hold it a little further than 90 degrees (i find the further you tilt it the better it is). then tease starting at the root and work your way up, then hairspray that piece and tease it a little again. do that where ever you want it. dont freak if it looks like a rats nest, just GENTLY comb the top of it till it look the way you want it. to make your hair stay make sure you use a good extra hold hairspray then when the style is complete use a little more just to be sure it will stay.

I have the same problem.:|

cutting short top layers helps make it look

more volumized && helps hold the teasing since

your hairs not so heavy.

also splurge on an expensive hairspray and keep it with you

so you can keep yerr style in place.

:D

the sleeker your hais is (smooth and shiny) the harder it is to keep the teased look because it's nice and healthy and wants to lay flat

adding some extensions can help and just some hair pieces you can tease them even before you attach them to your hair to help add body
