How often should I wash my hair?

I really need some advice on this so please help! :)

My hair is really long. As in, when it's out, it's fall underneath my butt. :-/ It's pretty thick as well, and I have dandruff. Also ideas for what shampoo and conditioner I should use would be helpful!

Thanks in advance!

It depends on hoe oily your hair is but i would say every 2nd or 3rd day and you could dry shampoo in between, Head and shoulders really works and they have a new one which I think has aloe vera in so its pretty good. Also apply a hair mask one a week just to protect your hair and help keep it glowing

I wash mine about every other day. Like Maeve said, you don't want to wash it everyday or it will strip the hair of its natural oils. I always buy a lot of shampoos and conditoners...I don't stick to one. You should get a dandruff control shampoo such as: Head and Shoulders. Also, get a degunking shampoo...that should elliminate all the other build up from other shampoos. As for conditioner, just get one that you want to try. The best thing to do is just buy a different shampoo and conditioner everytime you need some more and then just find something that works best for you.
