My mother doesnt have them either and i have some they arent very noticiable yet but i am sure eventually they will be..I dont know if this is true but i was told that getting smacked in the legs or falls can cause them..dont hold me to that..but i will look into it and get back with you.

well maybe you dad has it or they are a recessive trait.

recessive means its there but not showing!
