What is an easy, quick, and SAFE way to lose a few pounds before school starts?

Hi guys~! I just need a few quick tips to help me lose a few pounds before school starts! We dont really have a gym around here, becasue I live in a small town, and I need some healthy tips. Im 13, kinda taller, and am under 200 pounds, so Im still healthy. I just want to be more comfortable in my own body. Any help?

do crunches everynight before you go to bed, dont eat about 3 hours before bed, and if u eat alot on portion size, cut it in half. Just a couple of tips, goodluck!

School holidays are a nightmare for putting on the pounds. There's food all around the house and it's hard not to eat it all. A lot of the time you think you're hungry when you're actually just bored or thirsty, so drink a glass of water before your meal and you'll tend to eat less. Also, put some loud music on, bring some friends round and get them dancing. Dancing is a great way to shed the pounds. A good investment could be 'Just Dance' for the Wii. It's a great way of socializing and loosing weight :) try cutting out one of your favorite (but unhealthy) foods, such as chocolate or sweets and only eat them again when you're back at school.
