ell first things first, you can do it without going to the salon. first Go with Highlites in your hair, you will have a few blonde pieces at first, and the rest will be like redish colour and maybe orange. but trust me it wont look that bad at all. first 2 or 3 months just do Highlites, just keep on doing highlites, if you feel brave enough, put the peroxide on your hair , i have to warn you that dont expect to much from the first full on peroxide you do. Thats why rather do highlites first then do the full on. its less damaging than to go to a salon and obviosly ALOT cheaper, after doing highlites, get a a Silver Shampoo and Conditioner, this will take the yellowness and brassyness from your hair. I went from black hair to blonde in 3 months , Coz i did it right. and please get a bottle of olive oil, put it on your hair twice a week, its good damage repair, leave it on for atleast 2 hour or you could simply sleep with it in your hair, and wash it out the following morning.

I really do reccomend going to a Salon. I've dyed my hair for years bouncing back between black, brunette, and blonde. My hair shows no damage due to the UV light treatments most salon's use. Please don't try and attempt this yourself. Most people typically lose their hair.
