Can someone help me with where I should begin to lose weight please?

I'm 5'3" and I'm way overweight. I'm 220 pounds and I want to lose weight desperately. Mainly I just need help with getting started cause I have no idea. It's a bit hard because I dont really have the food available that I need and I have absolutely no access to any work out equipment. But I do live in the middle of no where with lots of land and hills. If anyone can help me at all I will be very grateful. Thank you! ^.^

In September I started a course at college, I was a size 16. We had to run at least twice a week for 3.5 miles. In the first month I lost a dress size. By the mid November I was a size 12. I can now fit into a size 10. My diet is healthy but I still eat a packet of crisps for lunch, I still had the odd milkshake.

What I'm trying to say is, as long as you burn off what you eat you WILL loose weight. Don't worry about going to the gym, just run around your local area. Get a friend to go with you that's better than you to motivate you more. Listen to fast tempo music. You don't need to go on a stupid diet or join an expensive gym!

- Burn what you eat
- 5 portions of fruit and vegetables
- and plenty of water!

drink tons of water you dont need to go to a gym just do a lot of cardio ( running jumping jacks ect.) ifyou want to build muscle along wih losing weight you might want to invest in some weights try looking for them at garage sales eat a lot of protein and stay far far away from fatty meats chicken is best for you go easy on things like cheese im not saying cut everything unhealthy out but just take it in small portions good luck

a few tips from someone who studied human fisiology:

- the longer your body stays without food, the more it will absorb from your nutrition, so take small portions with 3 hours top between each other, low sugar fruits, like apple, pear and watermellon are great for that;
- avoid eating untill you more than satisfied your hunger, it will be a little hard at the begining, but will make you eat less every time, and help you reduce your stomach through the time, so later, if you eat too much, the amount will still be smaller than if you did it at the begining, you can notice it within the process.
- if you can´t stay completely away from candies and grease foods, start reducing as well, if you realize it´s too hard to not take that chocolate piece every day, controll yourself to take only a small piece, this way you won´t be too anxious for that and won´t end up eating more that you should at once, wich is worse.
- exercise yourself at least a little everyday, walking half an hour will do if you´re not used to exercises, don´t forget to strech before and after, so you won´t get sour, doing too much exercise only once or twice a week have less effect than if you split that into smaller times at day, because the longer the exercise, the more wearing of your supplies, if you keep doing few long exercises, your body will storage more to get through that, if you keep it evenly, your body won´t have time for this, so you will burn more.
- drink a huge amount of water evenly through the day, if you drink a whole bottle at once, it will go straight to your kidney, and, so, to your bladder, if you drink small portions, but adding up to 2-3 liters per day, it will help wash out the toxins produced by the metabolism of the fats and other substances.
