to tone you'll want to do high repition and low weight

this is things like jogging and walking, bike riding, swimming, dancing, and even crunches and leg lifts.

I;ve never been on a diet before so I have no clue as to how hard or easy it may be-but my sisters lost weight by just doing simple things-Eating lesser portions,reducing sweets and junk food, eat more healthy, having snacks during lunchtime, and Excersising Daily etc. Try going on the treadmill for 45mins a day and just remember to keep the diet healthy and you shall be fine.If your calorie untake is larger than normal-Cut it down. --dont eat fast food

--drink plenty of water

--when you eat dont go to sleep right away .

--go to the gym if you cant , in your home jog around the house :)

I'm about the same body type. I find that I gain/loose weight quickly I don't know if you're the same but if you are I find that its all about the diet. As for working out STAIRS, squats, cycling, crunches, WATER, WATER, WATER, yoga, hot yoga, anything really to lean and tone your muscles will really help you out.

Even just going for a brisk walk every other day will help.
