my skin always seems to be really red, especially on my nose and cheeks. also, my skin is really oily and i seem to get more spots than usual. is there anyway to reduce the redness of my face, and treat the oilyness? thankQ in advance(: xx

is tap water worse or better for you than mineral water - the stuff that you get out of bottles? or is it just wateer, at the end of the daay? which do you think works better to refreshh your skin and what not? i always wondered, as somebody told me that the mineral water - the stuff that you get out of bottles is better for you, and it does a better job of flushing all of the toxins out of your body. is this truue? please and thankss(: x
