Well I think all of that stuff is probs not helping with you, are you getting enough sleep any way :) ?

So if you say that more sleep makes you even more tired you probably want to sleep more, to refresh yourself. Or of corse you just need to wake up more, e.g have a colder shower, warm ones could make you feel like you are warm like in bed. making you sleepy. once you've showered then splash your face with cool water to wake you up more. Eat some fruit in the morning, and drink a glass of water. :) These are just a few thing i do in the morning cause im like you, 1 tired etc etc :) x

you don't want more that 8-9 hrs of sleep and actually haveing a bit of physical activity before you go to bed can help you sleep better. sometimes you're just not hitting that deep recharge stage of sleep

also makesure you're eating right and taking your vitamins that can help too

puberty will do that to ya. i would just go to bed when you're tired, and wake up at a reasonable time (about 8-9 hours later). eating healthy is going to help you as well. :)

Make sure you have a good sleeping schedule. Try to go to bed around the same time every night. Make sure your TV in not on or anything. because those sounds can disrupt your circadian rhythm.

The same thing is happening to me. I'd just try to go to bed at the same time everynight. And if you take showers in the morining take a cold one, not hot (=
