there are alot of things that can go wrong if the dr doesn't know what they are doing

but if you can fix the problem with exercise and diet i would always say try that first

some people need to get lipo to actually help them live like people who do the gastric by-pass and have all that extra skin. or people like kate goslin (lol) that lady that had the 6tuplits there was no diet or exercise that would ever have helped her tummers

I personally wouldn't, I would rather just be healthy and work off any fat that I have than pay alot of money for something that isn't permanent.

Okay, when i was younger i was realy set on having liposuction or a gastric band as soon as i was 16.

I'm 16 in August and now really dont want too have them. I think i have learnt to love myself as how i am, dispite the fact i'm not skinny, i dont mind it, because i would rather be how i am with curves and things then stick thin, flat chested, not allowing myself to go out and have a take away once in a while and a good time.

Tbh if you were going to go for one i think you would have to considder the side effects and problems. Not only does it leave you in horrendus pain afterwards it can also leave you with really nasty scars that never fade =(

i would suggest dieting rather than a tummy tuck.

but nah, i wouldnt have one myself. xx

i dnt think there is any need to

the only ppl who should get them are morbidly obese people where it endangers there health

fair enough i dnt have much to say but i would rather be bigger then smaller, i weigh 45kg and am boney and flat chested and i hate it but i can't gain weight because of my illness so i envy people who can have a perfect body with curves and they ruin themselves with surgery, yu need to love the body that your in, i dnt always love my body and their are a lot of things wrong with it but i need to accept that this is my body and i need to love it, i'm the only person in the world with this body, it makes me special

so all in all i wouldn't consider any form of suergery to enhance my body

personally, im against the whole cosmetic surgery thing

thers always a chance something could go wrong and you'd end up paying more for the damages, the results might not be what you wanted, and well its kind of like cheating on life

ppl should get what they want if they worked on for it

but thats just my opinion :)

so no i dont plan on doing that
