spa night

my friends and i like to just have girls nights where we lock ourselves in and lay around and just soak in stuff that makes us feel good lol.

like we put on face masks and just sit around in them or we dye our hair or do foot baths. but most things you don't leave on for very long which isn't as enjoyable or they don't work well.

what are some things we can leave on for a while that will make us feel better about ourselves and actually work?

i do like the face scrub the dermatologist told me about if you mix it with more baking soda you can actually make a lil mud mask you can leave on and soak in

mix baking soda with milk of magneasia the baking soda is a soft exfoliator and thickens the milkyness and the magnesium is good for your skin
