how do i keep my face and hair from looking frizzy and sweaty when it gets this hot

i try to stay cool but sometimes its unavoidable..and i just can't do anything about it. i don't always wear make up unless im going somewhere or having a bad day.. but no matter what make up im wearing i always gets gross and sweaty and my face looks puffy when i sweat and its just a bad sight. then my hair sticks to my face AND frizzes up. what can i do? even just a little help would be amazing =)

really with the hair you can't do much if you sweat it's going to happen.

a ponytail with even a hair band to hold everything down. as i said if it's hot you will sweat and there's nothing you can do about that it's your body trying to naturally cool down. but you can tie up your hair and try to use the slick ness

as for makeup once again less is more when it's hot and you can't keep yourself from getting hot if it's hot out. i have heard of these cool things that you put on the back of your neck that keep you cool and if you have long hair no one would notice them as much

well, about the make up-you could try using waterproof mascara and eye liner or whatever you use. avoid liquid eyeliners and covers/foundations and I think it should be okay.

hair. it really depends. if your hair is naturaly straight you're absolutely blessed and you could apply just a bit of avocado oil on your hair (not too much cause it'll get greasy)

if you have some hair that is inbetween of straight and curly (like mine -.-'') I suggest TIGI's hairstyle lotion called Bed Head Anti Frizz-it really works . and of course using hair straightener and heat protector and if you want avocado oil. and if that isn't enough, apply some hair spray-that should hold it

if your hair is curly. well, then, don't blow dry it! dry it naturally, on the air/sun whatever and absolutely use mousse-it'll help style your hair.

actually, don't ever blow dry your hair, it damages your hair (like straightening doesn't -.-''). and depending on how much time per week you wash your hair use some good hair conditioner and once a week use hair mask/pakung that'kll help rejuvenate your hair.

good luck with it! (:
