good dieting tips?

Im very insecure about my body, especially when in a bathing suite, or when Im around my really thin friends. Any dieting tips that work fairly fast?

Exercise for as much as possible everyday. Have a good breakfast like cereals in the morning, a snack at 10am, a decent meal (meat, and salad) at noonish, a small snack at round 3pm, tea at 5pm, and another meal at 7pm, and then maybe if you sleep late a snack at 9pm. -- site which gives suggestions for which food are healthy and which aren't
something very important, don't compare yourself to your thin friends since they probably have a different body type and it could be an impossible goal to get there, however try to keep in a healthy body weight and look toned.

Well, besides just working out everyday there is a diet called the three day diet. Look it friend tried it and she lost some weight. I plan on going on it too after Christmas, because I have a little belly flab that I want to get rid of and super jiggly legs. If you see results on the three day diet, but you don't feel like you've lost enough weight you can extend the three day diet. They say it's not reccomended, but if you add in an apple or an extra piece of toast it should be fine. :D Good luck!
