What is the best / easiest way to straighten longer hair and help it stay & not get wavy?

I see a lot of girls in my school with longer hair than I do and they straighten their hair perfectly and it doesn't seem to get curly but mine doesn't get super straight and it gets wavy again by the end of the day.

what are some good straightening techniques that don't take too long (I straighten my hair before school it can't take longer than 20 mins. b/c I have to style it too)

(P.S. my hair is a little past shoulder length)

Or what products would help it stay straight (I tried strong hold hairspray it didn't really work...)

ceramic hair straightener is good, and use some serum on your hair for protection especially at the ends so it'll hold. ^_^:D:thumbup:

they have sprays that are similar to hair spray that help keep it straighter (it helps hold and weigh it down) a ceramic straightener is very good (you get what you pay for)

and don't forget to spray after you're done straightening makesure your hairspray doesn't have water as one of the ingredients cause it will not help your cause
