I am not overweight, in fact I am underweight slightly but I want to get fit, because I am not in shape at all right now.

see, Im having the same problem right now.

I dont know if my solution will be yours, but what Im doing is, I joined a gym. its lame and all, yeah but I joined one with multiple things to do...not just lifting weights. its easy :]

If you do sit ups, this will tone down your stomach muscles. Okay, next one you might not be up for, getting up early and having a jog, something a bit faster than a walk for about 15 - 20 mins every so often. You could easily do it in the evening, but before you have something to eat. This will help your legs tone, and your stomach - kinda - as well :D. For your arms, sad as this might sound, use beans ;):P. No jokes, if you do some weights with the arms using 1 or 2 cans then it will help tone yourself up. OR - to get your friends involved, DANCE, crazy, I know, but you'll have a laugh. Well have fun adn could luck :D

what you need is to get your body stronger ,toner not bony

so work up the stomach area with some situps ,err i wanna show you more but of course i dont know how to send a link .here ill add pics(:

i personally like the plank which sorta looks like a pushup without hurting n putting to much pressure on the arms n plain old crunches
