Okay. My Dr. says im over weight by seven pounds. I want to lose AT LEAST 8. Not in a long period of time either. I dont want to go all out and like starve my self but i want to at least lose some weight in one or two ways. What are some GOOD and HELPFUL tips and things for this to hapen. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables everyday. The fiber in many of them help keeps you full. If you eat fast food, only do so once a week. Don't drink any soda or juice. Drink water and low fat milk instead. Tea is also good. There's green and black tea which both can slightly increase your metabolism. Increasing your metabolism allows you to burn more calories without doing a lot of workouts. Lastly, exercise. Do simple workouts that you like. Jumping jacks, going for a jog, sit ups, Wii boxing (I do that sometimes, haha xP). Even if you don't have time to do a complete workout, a 15 minute dance is better than nothing. That's all I got lol. Hope this helps you out a bit! :D

a healthy diet and exercise routine should do it. Try to eat less products that contain too much sugar and salt and choose healthier options such as fruits . Also really do avoid drinking fizzy drinks. Something like aerobics can be fun and a good way to exercise:)

Dance! lol. Like we need a reason. :). Drink oodles and oodles of water. Check your thermostat! Excessive heat, like sitting in front over a heater all day, keeps your body from burning calories to heat itself. Hoola hoop! It's fun and shapes your torso. Jump rope( which I suck at! lol). Also limit sugar intake. Sugar = calories. So snack on proteins, fruits, veggies, and at the end of the week grab one little suggary snack. You earned it. Jogging is fun, and effective. And you can always do some pushups, sittups, fire hydrants( get on all fours pull one knee to chest and then extend leg and foot back as far as you can. Pull back to chest, repeat a few more times and switch) to build muscle tone. :)
