So I need to lose a lil weight but it doesn't really matter. But I dislike my body. I have chunky thinghs and my stomach is think and I can say both are kinda jiggly. Mostly my thighs. I want a flat stomash not a 6 pck and I want to lose my jiggly thighs. I hate them cuz I want to beable to wear a bikkini and no shorts for once. I'm not fat or skinny. I would say average but I'm not normal skinny. I hav the annoyin thighs and non- flat stomach. Is there anyways to get rid of my problem. Honest, helpful detailed answers please. I don't want to feel weird when I change for gym or go to the pool. Help!

i also have the same problem!! My mom and I say to do a lot of cardio like running it sounds cheesy but so far it is working for me!!

Try doing cardio stuff, like giana1998 said.
A couple years ago I really wanted to loose weight in the same places, and what I did everyday was:
100 Jumping Jacks
100 Sit-ups or Crunches (In the Morning)
Run for 30-45min
100 Sit-ups or Crunches (In the Evening)

This really worked for me to maintain and loose weight. Now that I work and I'm in high school, I don't really have the time for this and I've noticed I've been getting a little..."thick". I would say if you kept that work-out regimend, it would help a lot sweetie :)
-by the way, I didn't always do 100 jumping jacks a day, sometime's and extra 5 minutes of running will do the trick! ;) -
