Why can't she be on my side?
Ever since I was a teen my mother has almost never been on my side. Sometimes it hurts because I just want her to agree wtih me, and support me. Do any of you have this problem with your mom? Sometimes I wish I had a better relationship with her, but then again usually I don't care, and I blow it...

Of course we all love cotton for breezy knits, but what about the other light and airy fibers? There's a great yarn called CotLin, which is a linen and tanguis cotton blend. It is designed to keep you cool in the summer. This sweater would look great knitted with this yarn.
