do reps of 10 situps

then 10 sit ups but instead touch yur toes

stretch in a simple yoga position till your tummy is relaxed again then repeat



when ever i get bloated i do this and usually see results in under a week depending on how many reps i do

or try zumba its a fun way to work out and get your stomach in tone just go to google and type in zumba you'll find something:)
