How to get rid of soreness...

Okay well I had cheerleading practice yesterday and my upper legs are SO sore. Like to the point I wanna cry when I walk down stairs. Does anyone know a way to get them feeling back to normal quickly? Thanks in advanced (:

your legs are getting stronger (horray!!!) i would take a nice warm bath and soak in there for a while. try not to do anything that could make your legs hurt even more (such as running). i used some kind of ointment that really helped me. go to your local pharmacy to see if they can help you find some kind of ointment or medicine that you could take to offset the pain. other that that, just rest your legs.
