I'm a teen and I know how important it is to be healthy. But with all the junk food and not wanting to move after school I have been gaining a lot of weight. I have medium length, dirty blonde hair. It has been a while since I got a haircut so most of my layer have grown out. I was thinking of getting more bleach blonde hightlights but a friend says that wreaks your hair. Any advice on how I should get my hair done??
