Im looking for a brand of black hair dye that doesn't fade right away. I have really light brown/reddish hair and when I dye my hair it tends to fade after the first week, which is frustrating. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'd really like to get my hair done. It's kind of become long and a little unruly, even when done up.. so I'd like to get a medium length, layered bob. It would be somewhere between the length of an inch below my chin (at the shortest) and sitting on my shoulders (at the longest). The longer the better, though. My hair will be black, or almost black, and I'm thinking lots of layers (specifically shorter ones in the back, to be teased) for framing my face, and sideswept bangs. If anyone has seen a celebrity (including internet celebrities) who's names I could look up, or pictures that you think match this description, let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you, my dears! A lot like Paris Hilton's well known bob, but not as soft. Much more edgey, but not trashy or too "punk".
