Anyone else here love to jog and run for exercise and health? I have been since I was 12. It's the cheapest (the only expensive thing about it is a great pair of running shoes, not a big deal), simplest, form of exercise out there. No need for fancy clothes, equipment, or great abilitly. People of all abilities can enjoy the benefits of jogging and running has to offer. Anyone else agree with me?

In the summer time, I love wearing very bright pink colored nailpolish. Is that still okay to wear these days?

I've heard some good reviews about it from other sites, but was wondering what you gals and guys think about this product. I haven't used this product in 10 years now. But was thinking of using it again before next summer to brighten my haircolor up to a honey blonde shade. It's a caramel-sunset brown right now.
