Hi everybody: I'm a guy who likes fashion and hopes to be a fashion writer. I stumbled on this site accidentally, and fell in love with it. Since I joined, I have found everyone to be fabulous--so accepting and non-judgmental. And that's been really special because it's not always been easy being a fashion-oriented boy..
Most kids called me a sissy when I was younger and I still get called that sometimes and get bullied, even now. But I don't care what they call me or do to me. I'll always love fashion and style!
My mom and older sister Emma got me interested in fashion. I learned to read by looking at Vogue and Elle. Emma is my inspiration; she taught me all about clothes, makeup, and hair. I miss her since she went to college. I have a younger sister, Julia or Jules, who is totally different than me--a tomboy who loves sports and who thinks fashion is silly (How dumb is that?). But despite this, we love each other too. (And I think sports are silly too :D, mainly because I'm absolutely terrible at any game with a ball.)
I love clothes and can sew a little bit, but probably will never make it as a dress designer because I can't draw very well. But I do design my own jewelry; I have a thing for bracelets as you can see from my profile picture :D.Luv shopping online or in stores. I did some modeling as a kid and also stuidied dance for several years--Irish step (because I'm Irish American) and then ballet which was a BIG help in modeling.
My life goals are to be either a fashion writer (I love writing of all kinds) or an interior designer because I love decorating and furnishing rooms.

Favorite Quote - “Oh, yes. I knew I was different by the time I was four. I knew I wasn’t like other boys. I knew I was more fearful. I didn’t like the rough and tumble most boys were into. I knew I was a sissy.” ----Robert Crumb. In my case, I didn't know I was a sissy until I started kindergarten and everybody told me I was one. I thought I was pretty normal :)). Doesn't everyone like clothes and makeup?
