What colors can make brown eyes stand out more than they normally do without make up, And something that will look good with my skin color but it isn't too loud? And does anyone know how I could pull of the "Innocent look" with make up? c:

I NEED NEW HAIRSTYLES!I want side bangs, but I'm afraid that that would be too much of a dramatic change! I also want to put a few streaks in my hair (like light brown, something that would go good with my natural hair color), but my mother says "YOUR HAIR IS GOING TO FALL OUT!" And some other crap to keep me from doing it! D; So what can I do with my hair that isn't boring? (NO PONYTAILS PLZ. D: )

See, I'm getting contacts soon since I'm tired of these stupid glasses. xD But I want to try out a different color for my eyes. :] What color should I get? I'm debating between a blue-ish grey and hazel. (My eyes are already dark brown, and I'm african american too, but I'm fair-skinned.)
