you could try going on a diet that simplyy has no sweets, fizzy drinks, chocolate, fat etcand just stick to salad, fruit and vegetables and other healthy thyings to loose weight. also drink a lot of water and excersize daily. yoga also works! xx

Yeah, cutting out soda is a huge thing. Eating healthy food. Also, something my parents have done is like a juice diet, or the great lemonade cleanse or whatever it's called, but it's not recommended for under 17 years old. If you're 17 or older though, my dad looked so different after 10 days on it. Whole new face! I hope that helps!
Also, what a lot of celebs do is intervals, walking/running for 40 minutes. Like walk 3 minutes, jog 2 min, sprint 30 sec, jog a min, back to walking, etc. paired with some weights.

Instead of the traditional 3 meals a day, eat only when you are actually hungry, and eat what you like but try to be healthy.

2.Avoid chocolate, cake, brownies, potato chips, ice cream, fizzy drinks< or any junk food.

3.Never starve yourself. It shuts down your metabolism, makes you feel woozy, tired, and makes you hungrier. It also can affect your teeth, causing them to be sticky and full of plaque.

4.Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially if you feel like snacking or for dessert.

5.Aim to eat 'good carbs' (which have a low glycemic index) such as brown rice, oats, wholewheat bread and wholewheat pasta. Try not to have carbs after 5pm as any unused carbs will likely be stored as fat overnight, negating your morning bike session.

6.Don’t forget about exercising!

7.Consider using "High Intensity Interval Training"

8.Maintain a steady intake of protein - aim for a minimum of 'your body weight in pounds' (in grams) of protein - if you would lke to build a bit of muscle, double that, and begin some weight training - this will supercharge your metabolism and greatly increase your body's fat-burning ability.

9.Go on the exercise bike for 20 minutes and on the treadmill for a half hour daily. Morning is the best time, because it burns your calories, but do it after breakfast.

10.Alternatively, go on the bike immediately after waking up, as you have had no food in your sytem all night, and therefore the first place your body will get energy from is the fat stores (not the muscles because you are using them) - bear in mind that after the bike, wait about 20 mins and eat a solid breakfast so your body knows you are not starving (this will be detrimental to the cause).
11.Wake up at a normal hour like 7:00, or 8:00 or 9:00 if you are pushing it. Go to bed before midnight--your body needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function the right way.

12.Eat breakfast each morning. Eating something in the morning gets your metabolism going and prevents you from binge eating later in the day.

13.Drink plenty of water, and cut down on carbonated beverages, particularly those with a lot of sugar. Try to not drink any soda.

I'm not sure how old you are and I'm not sure how old you have to be for this, but I know people who are on this 'diet' and are getting INCREDIBLE results. A guy I used to work with, Ross, has been on it, and last I heard, he had lost 32 lbs in 2 or 3 weeks. Again, I'm not sure where you are from, but I know that this program is overseen by a physician and he helps you thru the process. Apparently there are these drops (they use 10 drops under the tongue, 3 times a day) or there are injections you can give yourself (I couldn't do that! lol!) Anyway, I'm going to try to post the link below n hopefully it works! I copied and pasted it off Ross's Facebook page. Good luck!

start by cutting down on carbs and sweets, then have as much fruits and veggies. staying active along with a healthy diet also guarantees visible results in, say, 3 weeks or so.

Although i maintained a healthy weight for most of my life, my body seemed to undergo an irreversible change after having my lovely children. I tried so hard to lose weight, run and exercise for months–and drop only a few pounds. I also used to live on brownies and candy. But after trying the Herbalife® weight management program i discovered the love for the shakes and protein bar snacks. I never felt any need to sneak junk food. Now this is where i wants to be. I’m in great shape, keeping the weight off, and enjoying delicious meals and snacks. for more info...follow me at
