Hair color

I'm going to color my hair tomorrow. This is my first time :D

My friend's mom will color my hair.

I didn't take permission from my parents because I know they'll never permit me >:(

Anyway, I wanted to know whether I can use oil on my colored hair? Will it fade my hair color?

I'm using castor oil for thickening my hair. And I'm using it twice a week. Sometimes I use coconut oil for getting shiny hair.

P.S: I don't have any idea about color thingy, so I'll keep asking many stupid questions :D

I think oil for shiny hair are allowed...they have nothing to do with your colored hair that's why it's ok to use hair shine...

If it's a tonic, it can make your hair a little dry, because the chemistry will already weaken your hair a little. Take all the moisturizing procedures indicated (probably there is a kit for care of the same line of the dye stuff) and your hair won't suffer.

Wait a little until your hair gets completely strong again (IF the dye makes it fragile) to use the oil. And don't use it everyday.

Hope it helped :)

i don't think so but i would try and make the conditoner that comes with the hair color last as long as possible (sometimes you can make it last a week)

and make sure to get a color safe shampoo and conditoner
