You will not going to fully get rid of your acne bc of your age. you are starting to go through puberty so your hormones and oil secretions are kinda off wack. the best you can do is cleanse your face every morning and night. use a moisturizer that is suited for your skin. if you get oily during the day use oil blotting papers to remove any excess oil. don't eventually your skin will clear up. everyone goes through this....

as the girl below said it's impossible to stop it completely at this moment but you can try to clean and exfoilate to keep it down as much as possible

take care of your skin, use a zit cream like clearasil, always use moisturizer, wash your face once a day always before you go to bed, dont touch your face too much

I use AcheFree cleanser and i exfoilate once a week to clean off the dead skin and dirt from my pores, i wash my face every night with Achefree then i put a thin coat of Aloe gel all over my face and go to bed, in the morning i wash it off then put some lotion one my face.

(very little lotion cause my face gets to oily if i do to much and then it breaks out) this process works great! but it takes a couple of days to work. Main thing is 1. exfoilate once a week and 2. put on a thin Coat of Aloe right before bed. It really helps!
