I do not know much about how or if even if possible to stimulate hair growth. I would make sure you take your vitamins and eat health. I also take Omega 3 and vitamin E which are all good for skin and hair and nails. my hair grows about 2inches every 5-6 months...i think. My bestfriend, her hair grows fast and very healthy... i figure she is lucky.. but she takes really good care of her health and eats a lot of healthy stuff including all her vitiamins...soo you might want to try?

this sounds silly but it really works. Ive tried it myself, but wash your hair with horse shampoo. you can just go to a feed store and purchase it. it works. Good Luck

You honestly can't make your hair grow very fast. The only thing you can do is protect those hairs on your head! Use a lot of deep conditioning to seal frayed or split ends. I use BioFusion deep conditioning...I love it because it smells delicious and it completely restores your hair from the daily usage of the chemicals that normal shampoos and conditioners put in your hair.

You can also use mayo as a deep conditioner, too. It's a bit smelly, but if you have an old one lying around...it's cheaper! And make sure you wash your shower cap after using mayo, otherwise your shower cap will mold.

You apply your choice of deep conditioner completely through your hair, root to tip. Use a comb to make sure it reaches every strand. Then put your hair in a shower cap. At this point, you can either leave the deep conditioner in for 30-45 minutes, or use your blow dryer to heat your hair and open your folicals/pores on your head for about 15 minutes. I recommend using the blow dryer. Wait the alotted time, shower as normal (except don't shampoo or condition, unless directed on a store bought deep conditioner), and violia! Healthy, beautiful, shiny hair!

If you make sure those split ends disappear..and take good care of your hair, then you'll see the difference.

Other things that you can do:

Eat jello or gummy candies like gummy bears. The gellitin in the jello gives nutrients to your nails and hair to make them stronger and heathier.

DON'T, and I repeat, DON'T dry your hair with your towel by tousling around your head. That frays the edges and causes split ends! I usually wrap my towel around my head, to let the water casually dry and soak into my towel. Or let it dry naturally. And wait to comb or brush your hair until it dries, because that also causes damage.

If you're using heat-based products like a blow dryer or straightener, refrain of find a heat-resistant formula to protect your hair from the heat. Look on the labels of some hair products you have and see if they're heat resistant. Most hair glosses are!
